Founded in 2014, RentCare has grown from a disruptive startup to a market leader and one of the fastest growing property management companies in New Zealand.

RentCare was built on General Manager and co-founder Jason Whitty’s excellent reputation in the Wellington property market.

Former optometrist Philip joined the company in 2015 and now heads the finance department as finance manager.

Jason now leads the team with complete oversight and responsibility. We operate with the same personal touch as a boutique agency with the power and capacity of a large market leading company.

As investors ourselves, we understand our role in taking all stress away from you as a property owner, and ensuring your property is well looked after.

GET COMPLIANT

HEALTHY HOMES REPORTS

We have a qualified builder on the team who completes our Healthy Homes Reports.

The report includes an initial assessment which is needed for all new tenancies from December 2020.

We then work with you to ensure your property is compliant by the required date.

The report is updated each step of the way until you are compliant.

This is all included in the one off cost of $165 + GST.
